Steps of placing Purchase Order and payment (in case of made to order):
1Customer shall send the file specifying detail of work, size, quantity via Website or Line, if you have logo file available, please send it to us clearly.
2Payment is made by transfer the money to Bank Account No.

**Very important, after the money is transferred, Do not forget!! specifying payment too.
3After inspecting payment, we shall prepare design and sending to customer for inspection and approval via E-mail or Line prior production.
4Start production in accordance with priority (priority of production is organized by priority of product payment) of production process.
5Delivery finished product to customer.
Shipping Policy
Delivery condition
The company shall provide delivery product after inspecting payment merely, the product shall be sent once a day except public holidays. The purchased item which payment has been confirmed prior 12:00 a.m. shall be delivered in the same day, if delivery cannot be sent on that date; the company may withhold its right to send it on the day after. When the product has been already sent, our staff shall confirm delivery as well as sending Tracking number via telephone of E-mail to customer.
Delivery Channel
First channel: The product is sent by EMS or registered mail which organized by Thailand Post Co., Ltd. (Public), the product shall be normally reached its destination on the day after for the address in Bangkok but the product shall be reached its destination for the address in provinces within 2 days (after the purchased and payment date).
Second channel: The product is delivered by Private Courier Service Company, the company shall deliver product to customers who are located in Muang Districts of the provinces within 24 hours (after the purchased and payment date).
- In case of customers who are located outside Muang Districts, customers shall receive the product within 2-3 working days.
- Private Courier Service Company shall collect Cash on Delivery (COD).
Condition of Liability in Delivery
The company may withhold its right in late delivery which is not exceeded 3 working days and customer shall be notified regarding the occurred delay after sending product by EMS. Thailand Post Co., Ltd. (Public) shall be responsible for any damage of product which has been delivered by EMS, Thailand Post Co., Ltd. (Public) shall be liable for indemnification burden which is not exceeded 2,000 Baht and the company shall refund to customer after receiving compensation from Thailand Post Co., Ltd. (Public). In case of the product has been returned to the company due to incorrect information, the customer must pay delivery service charge once again.
